Do you provide warranty for the work?
Yes, we provide a seven-year structural warranty. This covers issues such as foundation movement. We will return to address and resolve any such structural concerns within this period. Additionally, all products installed in your home come with their respective manufacturer warranties, ensuring coverage for appliances and other items. If a product needs replacement due to a manufacturer defect, we will remove the old one and install the new one for you free of charge.
How do you ensure everything runs smoothly during the project?

Smooth operations rely heavily on strong trust and open communication. When dealing with significant investments, this foundation is crucial. We prioritize transparent communication, ensuring a clear exchange of information throughout the entire process. This allows us to proactively address any potential issues or concerns quickly and efficiently, leading to seamless project execution and successful outcomes.

What type of homes do you build?

We build homes designed for families, whether it’s creating additions and renovations to improve existing spaces (like adding bedrooms, bathrooms, or larger entertaining areas) or constructing brand new dream homes on vacant land. Can you help me engage an architect and a designer?

Yes. Architects are crucial for the initial layout and flow of your home. For interior design, you have the option to work directly with us to personalize your space or to hire an independent designer who will create a design based on the architectural plans, which we then use for construction.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, we are fully licensed builders, holding both an Act Builders License and a New South Wales Builders License. Additionally, we are members of the Housing Industry Association (HIA) and our insurer is QBE.
